EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can not offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
